My family and I rented four bikes. The lady at the front desk left much to be desired. She didn't greet us or welcome us in any way. They didn't honor the online price of 3 hours of bike rental time for $15. She had an " I dont care" attitude. I would NOT want her being the first impression of my business. She was AWFUL. She didnt even thank us for our business. However, the gentleman that brought our bikes out, was friendly, courteous, and made sure they were a proper fit for us. He was great!

Guys in there were super nice and helpful, and the whole checkout experience was fast and efficient. The cruisers we rented were in good shape and we had no issues! Would totally rent again.
